Slave Catcher of the Week: Kevin Jackson vs. Corey Poitier

I think I might make this an ongoing meme on this blog. Yep, and I'll leave it up to you guys to decide the winner. Having said that, let's meet these misguided Negroes. Trust me, there is so much that I want to say about these gentlemen, but the last thing I'd like to do is to influence your vote. If you've been reading this blog long enough, you'll know that I'm not fond of the "slave catchers" around and among us.

These men are both Black Republicans, so this should make it interesting given the level of craziness associated with the GOP right now. Yep, those people have lost their rabbit ass minds this week - throwing bricks into buildings, sending death threats to lawmakers etc. - and in steps Kevin Jackson on MSNBC, who as he says, he "has never seen a black person lynched at a Tea Party." It's funny how these Negroes come out of the woodwork when white folks act a fool:

Next up is Corey Poitier - hopefully no relation to Sidney. Corey just so happens to be the lone Republican in a congressional race for Florida's District 17; a district that is majority African American. Corey is also Black, and well, just read about his antics below. You may not have heard about him or him how he referenced Obama at a meeting with his fellow Republicans recently. But like Kevin Jackson, he exhibits slave catching behavior:
Corey Poitier, the lone Republican in the race to replace Congressman Kendrick Meek in District 17, has a message for President Barack Obama: "Listen up, Buckwheat."

Poitier, a teacher at North Miami Beach Senior High who is also African-American, made the comments at a Broward County Republicans meeting while giving a speech against health-care reform.

Buckwheat was the name of an African-American cast member on the Little Rascals or Our Gang movie shorts. While some people say the shorts were the first in Hollywood history to portray black and whites as equals, others say Buckwheat and other African-American cast members were based on stereotypes and often not shown as smart as the others. Buckwheat was known for his catch phrase, "Otay," and unkempt Afro.

"I wasn't meaning him any harm. Maybe it was a little insensitive," Poitier tells WPLG. "It's a term that my brother and I use. It was kind of a way of saying 'dummy,' like when I say to my brother, 'Hey, Buckwheat, cut that out.' That's what it was." (source)
So there you have it, folks: a kneecap licker on television defending the actions of a few bigots, and a self loathing Negro referring to Barack Obama as "Buckwheat". This one's gonna be tough to decide, and I'm looking forward to reading your thoughts on this. Help me out as I expose the slave catchers of America.

It's about health care reform bitches!: Yes, the Magic Negro has delivered (write that down)

Given the events of this weekend - you know, the Health Care Reform debate, Tea Party protesters spitting on lawmakers and calling them Niggers and Faggots [read it here]. Moving forward with other legislative issues that affect our lives. I think it's time to implement a new rule. Sure much of this madness is nothing new in American society. Let's be honest, most people my age wasn't around when those racist German Shepherds were biting chunks out of the freshly water-hose soaked asses of Negroes back in the day. Yep, so understandably, much of what we saw this weekend was quite shocking.

My guess is that we can expect more of the same behavior in the next three years (at least) that the Magic Negro sleeps in the White House. Speaking of which, ain't that Negro special? Not only can he fly, heal the sick, shoot a mean jumper. He can also get the seemingly impossible done in the form of Health Care Reform. Not bad for this country's second Black president, ain't it? But anyway, you can best believe that our friends on the right wing are going to pull out the big guns next time around. Yep, no more of that showing up on our turf and making us look like fools like you did mister skinny John Coffee.

So I propose that moving forward politically, that Jesse Jackson Jr. be allowed to whack a few fools in the head with his gavel. Yep, another "you lie," or "baby killer comment." Jesse is allowed to go oops upside your head a few times with precision. You get on twitter and suggest that the president of the United States be assassinated as one Black Republican did yesterday? Forget the Secret Service subjecting him to anal probes. Send Jesse Jackson Jr. in with his gavel to beat the devil out of that fool, and anyone else who has the audacity to show their ass from here on out. Fuck being civil; bust people in the head Jesse; make your daddy proud.

Keep it Classy Tea Party: Nothing like using a few words like 'Nigger', and 'Faggot', to get your country back

Well, on what seems like the eve of a very historical Congressional vote for Health Care Reform. The good folks over at Doofenshmirtz Evil inc. have decided to pull out all of the stops. Which is to be expected considering that all the cock-blockers from our high school days have grown up to become Republicans. Check out what happened in our nation's capital:
Preceding the president's speech to a gathering of House Democrats, thousands of protesters descended around the Capitol to protest the passage of health care reform. The gathering quickly turned into abusive heckling, as members of Congress passing through Longworth House office building were subjected to epithets and even mild physical abuse.

A staffer for Rep. James Clyburn (D-S.C.) relayed word to reporters that Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-M.D.) had been spit on by a protestor (the protestor was reportedly arrested by Capitol Hill police). Rep. John Lewis (D-G.A.) a hero of the civil rights movement was called a "n----r." And Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) was called a "faggot," as protestors shouted at him with deliberately lisp-y screams. Frank, approached in the halls after the president's speech, shrugged off the incident.

But Clyburn was downright incredulous, saying he had not witnessed such treatment since he was leading civil rights protests in South Carolina in the 1960s.

"It was absolutely shocking to me," Clyburn said, in response to a question from the Huffington Post. "Last Monday, this past Monday, I stayed home to meet on the campus of Claflin University where fifty years ago as of last Monday... I led the first demonstrations in South Carolina, the sit ins... And quite frankly I heard some things today I have not heard since that day. I heard people saying things that I have not heard since March 15, 1960 when I was marching to try and get off the back of the bus." (source)
Good to see Klan rallies make a comeback here in 2010, and in Washington DC no less! Personally, this is all a sign of the desperation of a few broke-ass knuckle-draggers that are influenced by wealthy assholes on talk radio (and television) who really could give a shit if any of them have health coverage. Noticeably silent are the Negro Enablers who belong to the Republican party.

Listen to these bafoons:

Of course to them none of this stuff ever happens and it is all figments of the imagination of White Liberals, and their mentally enslaved Negro followers like me. Um, don't wait for the Republican party higher-ups to condemn this behavior or even a formal apology because this is just democracy in action. Besides, the people who did this shit were all planted by the democratic party anyway.

BREAKING NEWS: Barack Obama blamed for rise in Domestic Violence & Killer Whale attack

I'm not gonna talk about yesterday's Health Care Summit or whether Barack pulled out another ownage of Republicans. I mean what does it matter when the Public Option is off the table, and subsequently any form of competition in the insurance industry to help control cost. Frankly speaking, and I'm speaking as both a supporter of Barack Obama and reform. Accepting the White House's version of the bill in its form without a Public Option because it's better than nothing. Is pretty much like a women rationalizing that her abusive spouse beats her ass out of love...

Dammit, I wasn't supposed to talk heath care on this one, but I digest.

But anyway, remember the guy pictured above? James T. Harris, remember him? It's been almost 2yrs since I've had anything to say about him and his kneecap licking ass. But he popped up on my radar and I guess it's all because somebody looked into a mirror and chanted "Coonwithjuice" three times . You may not remember him but he was the Negro who got on his knees at one of John McCain's campaign stops and begged for him to take it to Obama in the debate. Remember him now? He's also one of the few Negroes in attendance at Tea Party rallies across the country who is allowed to dance the jig speak.

Speaking of McCain, I bet he wished his arms hadn't been shortened as a result of being a POW so he could slap the shit out of Obama when Barry-O reminded him that "The campaign is over," at the Summit yesterday. Dammit, I wasn't supposed to talk about the Health Care Summit, but I digestive tract....

So anyway, perennial slave-catcher James T. Harris was on Fox & Friends a couple of days ago and had this to say about Barack Obama, Harry Reid, the jobs bill, health care, and domestic abuse:

Yep, Obama is to blame for the rise in unemployment and the subsequent rise in ass-whoopins women are taking in this country. Uh-huh, and it's also his fault that the Killer Whale at Sea World decided to run up in that woman's living room and "attack" her unsuspectingly as he did. These Mis-guided Negroes, I tell ya.

Stuff White People Don't Like: Other White People Bringing Up Slavery

Yep, who wants to be reminded of an institution that existed so long ago that exploited human beings as they were the engine of the economy, right? Well I don't blame them, and I'd be pissed off too. If I were white every time someone white brings up slavery or makes any mention of it, suppression of guilt would be a bitch.

See, black people can bring that shit up all day long to white people, but they get ignored, because, well, they did the Negroes a favor by freeing them but they seek solace in being victims. But when a white person mentions it to make a point like Democratic Senator Harry Reid did in the video above when discussing Health care Reform, guilt surfaces in the form of outrage.

The only white people immune to the guilt of the dreaded S-word are those tree hugging Liberals. Sure it was a Republican president who signed the Emancipation Proclamation, but the way they see it, they've done enough for the Negro kind - sorry Kunta you're on your own there buddy. I mean who wants to feel guilty about some ole shit like a race of people working for free this close to Christmas, right?

Yep, and now because of Harry Reid, white folks will now have to go out and find some homeless illiterate Negro somewhere in Mississippi. Yep, one of those big corn fed black guys to to put through college while he plays football with the hope of making it to the NFL. Yeah, they gotta do stuff like that to feel better about themselves. Never mind the fact that Harry Reid never said the GOP attempted to stop the movement that ended slavery. The important point is that it's not cool for white people to pull the race card to make other white people feel bad.

Does this guy look racist to you?

Does the guy in the picture above look racist? No seriously, does he? I mean, what exactly does a person who's racist look like? OK, so he isn't wearing a white robe and a pointy hat as he rides a horse enthused to act on his pyromania somewhere in the south. Truth is, he's black. Yep, and well, there's no way that a black guy can be racist, right? Especially when he's opposed to Barack Obama's proposed Health Care Reform, right? Let's be real: how can a black man be racist aginst another?

Well, someone got the bright idea to run the following ad campaign currently being aired on Fox News to prove a point. I guess "certain people" are tired of being called racist because they oppose Barack Obama and his policies. What's funny about it is that it's being ran on Fox and nowhere else as far as I can tell, but that's not important. What's important is that these people are not racist by being opposed to what they call Obamacare:

However, I feel the need to tell these fine folks - the producers of this commercial - that this was a pretty weak-ass attempt to make a point. True, being opposed to Health Care doesn't mean you're racist because the president just happens to be black. What it means is that you're stupid, but that's a whole different post in itself - and quite frankly I've talked about Health care Reform a time or two on this blog; plus, the Public Option is all but dead anyway.

I feel the need to tell the producers of this ad that nobody has ever said that "they" were racist for being opposed to reform. What we - Jimmy Carter included since they went there in the ad - is that the reactions, or actions of some of the protesters were racist in nature. You see one can be racist by nature and thought but never act on it, and we'd never know. It's kinda hard to do because so a man thinketh so he acts. Yep, especially when Obamacare was touted as reparations for African-Americans.

It's been well documented the nuance of race and racism at these protests over the past year. As a matter of fact, I've found this pretty cool website that you should check out. The site is called Look At This Fucking Teabagger, and they've compiled pictures of these racist assholes dissenters protesters from all over the country. Since racism is not an opinion per se, it's quite obvious to me that these protests were an excuse to bring out the worst in the disgruntled folks. I mean why not do all you can but hang the man since everybody was doing it, right? Shit, I don't have a problem with racist individuals as long as they don't act on it...

But anyway, that was some real slick shit with the ad above - throw in a few black faces to make a point; hell, everybody is going to believe that those paid black actors could not be possibl;y racist because they're opposed to Health care Reform. Oh well, I'm glad that it's only a commercial and that we don't have to go around the country rescuing some of the mis-guided Negroes among us like this following clip shows...

Veteran's Day: Over 2,200 US Veterans Died in 2008 Due to Lack of Health Insurance

Today is the day that America honors the men and women who have bravely served with courage to protect our freedoms. While most Americans are in a reflective mood as they "honor" and thank veterans for their service. Here's a little bit of reality I'm sure our veterans would appreciate some focus on:

On Veterans Day, a new study estimates four times as many US Army veterans died last year because they lacked health insurance than the total number of US soldiers who were killed in Iraq and Afghanistan in the same period. A research team at Harvard Medical School says 2,266 veterans under the age of sixty-five died in 2008 because they were uninsured. (source)
Yes, estimates show that there are approximately 2 million uninsured veterans in the United States. These are men and women, who though serving their country and labeled with the highest honor, are unable to access health care not even at VA Hospitals. Yes, it is a huge misconception that veterans automatically receive medical care at VA hospitals for the rest of their lives. In fact, they are only treated for service related injuries and or ailments they encountered while serving.

“Like other uninsured Americans, most uninsured vets are working people - too poor to afford private coverage but not poor enough to qualify for Medicaid or means-tested VA care,” said Dr. Steffie Woolhandler, a professor at Harvard Medical School who testified before CongressU.S., and thousands die each year. It’s a disgrace.” about uninsured veterans in 2007 and carried out the analysis released today [Tuesday]. “As a result, veterans go without the care they need every day in the

Dr. David Himmelstein, the co-author of the analysis and associate professor of medicine at Harvard, commented, “On this Veterans Day we should not only honor the nearly 500 soldiers who have died this year in Iraq and Afghanistan, but also the more than 2,200 veterans who were killed by our broken health insurance system. That’s six preventable deaths a day.”

He continued: “These unnecessary deaths will continue under the legislation now before the House and Senate. Those bills would do virtually nothing for the uninsured until 2013, and leave at least 17 million uninsured over the long run. We need a solution that works for all veterans - and for all Americans - single-payer national health insurance.” (source)

In the following video co-author of the report on veterans and health care Dr. Steffie Woolhandler, professor of medicine at Harvard University and a primary care physician in Cambridge explains in detail the results of this report. I seriously hope that the many "patriotic" Americans who observe this day used their energy to affect change in this regard. It's bad enough that "regular" folks are dying due to being unable to access affordable health care. But it's a damn shame when the very people we choose to honor each year have to suffer the same fate.

First Hurdle in Health Care Reform Crossed: But is it good enough?

You know how some women say that "I'd rather have a piece of a man than no man at all," crap? Well, that's kinda how I see the recently voted and passed Affordable Health Care for America Act in Congress. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know it's the first major hurdle crossed by way of health care reform since the enactment of the Medicare and Medicaid Act of 1965. But I guess much of my excitement or lack thereof is due in large part to me being a supporter of a Single-Payer Health care system. The way I see it, through a series of compromises this "reform" is nothing but a huge market expansion for Insurance companies.

I've said this a time or two on this blog, and as I watch people celebrate this landmark vote, I can't help but to think or at least be filled with disappointment that more people don't see it the way I do. That would be: a gov't sanctioned expansion of the interest of another corporate entity or industry. Sure some of the proposals are great as far as changing some of the current health care industry rules as it applies to pre-existing conditions etc. And yes, it seeks to extend an opportunity for low income Americans to purchase "affordable" health insurance. But it doesn't sound like the proposals say or do much about controlling increasing premiums by creating a competitive market.

I'm about to side with Republicans on this Health Care Reform thing-a-ma-jig

I'm just sayin'...

Who needs a “Public Option” or HEALTH CARE REFORM for that matter?

Yeah, it's too bad that my Republican buddies were not successful getting that amendment to the current proposal to exclude legal immigrants from access to any health care should it be reformed.

Hell, they get that good American air; what more do they want?

Democracy in Action: The Kill Obama Facebook Poll

As if the Secret Service wasn’t currently having a hard time keeping Barack Obama safe and alive; now they have to add one more investigation to the oh, thirty or so death threats Barack Obama gets daily. Oh the sacrifices one has to make here in post racial America. Earlier today someone had the brilliant idea to start a poll on Facebook asking the question: “should Obama be killed?” Not exactly a death threat, but…

I gotta give it that person because hey, at least he/she took it to a vote – way to go keeping the American ideal of Democracy alive; usually presidents get killed in America without any of its citizenry having a voice. Not only that, but I also have to give he/she credit for following through in that democratic tradition by giving us those great poll answer choices. If you took the poll, you had the option of voting “yes”, “no”, “maybe”, or “if he cuts my health care.”

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

I’m surprised that there wasn’t a “hell yes and I’ll bring the rope,” option.

Now surely some of you are going to say that this is just another one of those racially motivated deals like all the recent protests. But hey, at least the poll creator made it clear that his poll was all about policy (health care reform) and not race. Yep, so I don’t wanna hear anything about the lives of Black people not having any value in this country, mmkay? Yep, you Negroes kill each other every day.

Of course most of you race baiters out there wouldn’t see it like the majority of “us” real Americans. With you people it’s always about race. Well you know what? This isn’t about race; instead it’s what logical thinking people would deem freedom of speech. You damn right; and the U.S. Constipation affords me said right. Besides, even Barack Obama said that all of this isn't about race recently. And of course if he says so, then obviously it isn't, right Negroes?

What?

It’s not like they yelled “fire,” into a crowded theater; they did it on Facebook.

If you think differently then you must be a communist, socialist loving half-white person like Obama trying to destroy America. Yes, what other country on earth can anyone have a vote or a say in the assassination of the head person in charge irrespective of the color of his skin. If you ask me, I don't see the big deal; hell, the way things have been going in the country, it's a wonder someone hasn't produced an “American Idol” type of show to address the problem that is the 44th president of these United States.

Power to the people!

Look Mommy, there's a Negro wearing a cowboy hat, singing and getting those white folks on TV mad at Barack Obama!

"The Black community has not gotten the message yet." - Lloyd Marcus

Well, that's what the wannabe Black Republican "Cowboy Troy" said...

Maybe he knows more than I, or we know...

Whoever he is, obviously he's not one that I would label on this blog as a misguided Negro, right? But then again, maybe he is. Could it be that he hasn't gotten the message just yet like so many other people of color about the Republican Party?

I wonder what Republican leader John Boehner has to say about that socialist label...

So, how am I supposed to believe the argument that there are no racist or racial undertones to the recent protests, when these guys can't even get it together. Lloyd Marcus the authority on politics and Black people says Obama is socialist, but John Boehner says he's not?!! I can't take this new racism thing anymore; it's hard to keep up; especially when people can't even get their shit together.

But yet they're winning the battle as (R-Ky) Rep. Mitch McConnell says?

Sure I know Lloyd has been riding that Tea Party express bus all across the country lately. And no he might not be riding at the back of the bus as some of our ancestors. But who is he taking the country back from and who exactly is he going to get it when they do take it back? Surely he doesn't think his Black ass will be one of the shot callers in this nation should they be victorious in 2010, does he?

Don't let me find out that his silly ass like some of the people protesting health care reform are without health coverage.

I'm outta here...

These silly Negroes are just too much for me today...

BREAKING NEWS: Rappers now forced to drop the "N-Word" - Where all my Socialists at?!!

Ok listen people, I've got good news and bad news. The bad news is that the president of the United States is Black. The good news is that race relations have improved and with his success, we're no longer niggers. Instead, Black people are all now Socialists or Nazis. Don't you love it? The NAACP had a mock burial of the "N-Word" a few years ago as a symbolic gesture in protest of said word. As I said, it was a symbolic gesture; in reality the word lived on among our caucasian cousins and ourselves. What the NAACP should have done instead, was to spend some time and effort into getting a Black man into the White House. Whether you love him or hate him, you cannot deny just how effective and forward thinking he is, and what he's done for Black America:

I don't know about you, but as a Black man in America I'm glad that we've moved up from such a derogatory word. Isn't this great for our country? Seriously it makes me proud. OK, so yeah, "certain people" are still a little bit upset at the fact that a Black family gets to use the bathroom in the White House without asking for permission man is directing public policy in such a major way. And yeah, some of them may feel threatened by this. But even so, even they have given in to the winds of change and are now expressing a more acceptable term of endearment such as Socialist and the new N-Word...Nazi? Which is something that's pretty cool because we'll no longer be forced into that whole "Nigga" vs. "Nigger" debate like we've been.

This is all revolutionary for America people. Actually, what it does is put racism ambulance chasers like myself, Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson out of work. I mean after all, people like us are always quick to pull the race card when it's not even necessary, right? Not only that, but finally people will stop bitching about rappers using the old "N-Word". They're now forced to start sending obligatory shoutouts to all the socialists on lockdown, and in the streets who represent for all the real Nazis in the hood. Oh that bitches and hoes thing? We'll get to that in due time; baby steps people, baby steps. What's more important than that right now is, what are we gonna call Wiggers from here on out? Man, socialist please! Don't act like there aren't any wannabe Nazis among us like Tim Wise and Barney Frank.
